파티나 흡연이 금지되는 숙소입니다.
Situated in the country side of beautiful Kaikoura, nestled below Mt Fyffe. A ten minute drive north of the Kaikoura township. Our two bedroom cottage is a family friendly home which can sleep up to four people.

*PLEASE NOTE:
• Check in is between 2pm-9pm (Self Check in only)
• Check out is 10am
• Smoking is outside only
• Please enquire about pets/ horses
• We also ask that you please leave the property as you found it
*CLEANING EXPECTATIONS ON DEPARTURE:
Please leave cottage and BBQ as you found it. Please strip slept in beds and place in pink washing basket next to machine. Wash, dry and put away your dishes. BBQ must be cleaned if used.
If you are not happy to do these tasks you must pay an additional $50 cleaning fee. A cleaner will make beds, clean bathroom, vacuum and mop floors on your departure but if cottage is not left tidy the cleaning fee will be sought after through Air BnB.
*ENTERTAINMENT
• TV - Smart TV with freeview channels and built in chrome cast for access to Netflix etc.
•Wi-Fi - FREE (Included in Price)
• Board Games - Brand new board games for technology free fun!
*OUTDOORS AREA
• BQQ - Brand new BQQ and Gas Bottle provided as well as utensils. Picnic table and outdoor seating also provided.
*LAUNDRY
• WASHING MACHINE - Cold wash only.
*PARKING
(As seen in photos) • Plenty of room for boats, horse floats etc.
• Could comfortably fit 4 cars.
