Super spacious and comfy private room in a extremely convenient location. Very close to BART, the highway and a grocery store down the street. We have an amazing backyard full of vibrant flowers and succulents that you can sit back relax and enjoy on our porch swing!

This private room includes a queen sized bed with only the most comfortable and fresh linen. There is also a private room connected to the room itself and a working desk.
Entertainment:
The room is equipped with a 43” smart 4K TV. The TV has Disney and prime video already logged in. Come home to enjoy a glass of wine and movie!

Feel free to lounge around in our living room that includes a huge tv that includes an htmi cable, perfect for streaming movies. The kitchen can be used at your convenience as there is a lot of room to cook. We also encourage guest to take a walk around our backyard! It has a very intricate gardening design along with many pretty flowers that flow through the yard. We also have a pool table that is perfect for an evening game with some friends, just remember not to play super late as it might be a bit loud.

Cleaning:
Our cleaning staff will begin their services to units between the hours of 11am and 4pm on check-in and check-out days UNLESS you are paying for an early check-in or late check-out.
We rarely need additional time beyond 4pm, but will notify you of any extreme circumstances.
Courtesy Late Check-Out:
For our superb guests, we would like to extend a courtesy late check-out of 30 minutes if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Our cleaners may still begin cleaning the unit at 11am, but you may take the additional time to get ready.
Extended Late Check-Out:
Extended late check-out time is available until 1pm. There is a $40 charge and payment must be processed and accepted before 10am on check-out day. Guests will be charged for an additional day if no prior notice is given for a late check-out.
Bag Drop Off:
You may drop off bags as early as 2pm on check-in day.

There is a small neighborhood park that is a walkable distance that is perfect for a stroll in the morning. There is a plaza that includes Safeway, Rite Aid, Chase Bank, Round Table, some other food places and some nail salon down the street about a 5 minute away. We are just a 10 minute drive to Sunvalley Mall and a 20 minute drive to Broadway Plaza in Downtown Walnut Creek. SF is also just 35 minute away with many things to do!
