Come home to cozy! Welcome home to our newly updated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo located in Sherwood, AR. This condo features many inviting amenities including fresh paint throughout, newly remodeled bathrooms, upgraded light fixtures, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, fully stocked & updated kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, smart TVs, wireless internet, a community pool, and new furnishings throughout.

You will enter into the condo and love the cozy living room set up which includes a brand new sofa, smart TV, and fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with a brand new dishwasher, vented microwave, electric stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, dishes, utensils, and more. The downstairs bath is also completely remodeled with a new toilet, vanity, & wainscoting.
Both bedrooms, full bath, and the new stackable washer/dryer are located upstairs. The master bedroom features a new King sized hybrid pillow top mattress, comfortable linens, & direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom features a full bed, also with a new hybrid mattress, cozy linens, and smart TV. The super cute, remodeled upstairs bathroom also boasts charming decor, a new toilet, vanity, & a tub/shower combo.
The condo is quiet, secluded, and safely nestled directly behind the police department. You’ll have two included parking spots located directly in front of your private patio area and entrance. A quick drive down Kiehl takes you to local restaurants, freeways, and more!
