Please note that for pool season 2021 (May 1 - October 1) check-ins are available on Fridays only.

Lower Level:
- Guest suite with queen sized bed, nook with desk and chair, and ensuite bathroom featuring heated tile floors.
- Another comfortable bedroom featuring a queen sized bed.
- Third full bath featuring soaking tub and heated tile floors.
- Family room with 65" Smart TV.
- Walk out sliders from each lower level room to expansive deck with mountain views.
Outside:
- Over 600 square feet of decking on the main and lower levels facing the beautiful Esopus Creek and Catskill Mountains.
- Additional 300 square feet of patio featuring gas grill and outdoor dining set.
- Hot tub with mountain views.
- Heated pool 16' x 40' perfect for laps or relaxing (early May - late September).
- Carport with parking for two cars, with additional parking for two cars on the driveway.
