Bright, spacious, and brand new upper level apartment suite in downtown Charlottetown. The apartment building is across from the front door of the Eastlink Centre. Completely refinished top to bottom in May 2018 with all new furniture and bedding. 1 Queen bed & one double size sofa bed. New kitchen for your convenience! Come enjoy the Charlottetown experience with friendly neighbours and a great location close to all of downtown's attractions. Parking for one vehicle included.

Mark's place is so much nicer than the pictures show. It is large, extremely clean and in a nice neighborhood. The internet works well as does the hot water and heater. Mark responds very quickly to any emails and is nice to deal with. I definitely recommend his place and…

Mark's place is great - it was super clean, bright, and spacious. He was prompt to communicate and check in was really easy. It feels like a quiet area but is only about a 15 minute walk (or less than 5 minute drive) to the bars and restaurants downtown. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our two night stay at this wonderful AirBnB in Charlottetown! It was extremely clean and well setup. The check in procedure was super simple. The hosts were very prompt in communicating with us and the location was convenient to our events downtown.
