Modern, sophisticated and relaxed living in a fantastic position. This tastefully decorated townhouse is the perfect beach holiday. Located a leisurely stroll to local beaches, cafes and all the beautiful attractions of Jervis Bay.

Featuring three generous bedrooms, double storey open plan living and sunny deck with cheeky water glimpses and resident kookaburras. Games for the kids, air-conditioning and a 65 smart TV with Netflix are just some of the extras that will make you feel right at home.

Make yourself a coffee and stroll a few minutes to the turquoise waters and white sands of Jervis Bay or walk along the beach or bike path to the cafes of beautiful Huskisson for breakfast.

White Sands Deck House is great for couples, families and groups of friends looking for a beach escape with a touch of comfort and luxury. There is a designated off street parking spot as well as street parking. Bring your bikes and beach toys and enjoy everything this property and its fantastic location has to offer!

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels however;

Flat screen 65 smart TV, Netflix, a large lounge, table seats 8, breakfast bar chairs, reversible air-conditioning;

Outdoor entertaining area has an 8 seater outdoor setting, lounge and gas BBQ;

KITCHEN
A well equipped open kitchen overlooks the combined dining/living area and has a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine;

Ensuite shower, bath, vanity, toilet, hairdryer;

LAUNDRY
Internal room has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack plus clothesline.

OTHER
Garage is NOT for guest use. However there is a designated parking spot and street parking.

A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;

The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods incur a surcharge.
