Twenty-Seven Degrees is a small cozy Bed & Breakfast (B&B) located in the center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, close to shops, museums, the beaches and all the services that the city offers.
We propose a different kind of accommodation for everyone who wants to spend a holiday in a comfortable and familiar atmosphere.
Each morning we present a wonderful breakfast with homemade products. This can be enjoyed on our delightful terrace from 9 until 11.

The Bed & breakfast has only six private rooms with shared bathroom, thus guaranteeing a personalized service and a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
The double room is designed to offer a pleasant and comfortable stay. It has a wardrobe and a small desk. The room is private and shares a full bathroom with shower located on the same floor. Are included in the rate: Wifi connection throughout the building, towels and sheets, cleaning every 3 days, shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer, courtesy water coffee and tea, access to the terrace / solarium and the kitchen shared with the other guests of the B&B.

Guests of the B&B have access to areas of the house shared with other guests. The Bed & Breakfast has a fantastic and bright roof top terrace located on the top floor of the building, where in the morning breakfast is offered from 9am to 11am. This is an open space of accommodation, available to all guests, where you can read a book or simply relax and enjoy the warm tropical sun.
In addition, the terrace has a full kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and induction hob.
Inside the house there is the living room. Guests will find a television and a library with useful information about Las Palmas, tourist guides and books to read and exchange.

- The room is private for exclusive use, while the bathroom is shared and is located outside the room
- Laundry service available (not included)
- Possibility of late check-in
- Parking available on request, the price is € 12 per day
