The Bedroom is in the lower half of the house with your own private bathroom only feet from your door. This also includes an area to relax just outside the bedroom door, chairs, love seat and TV are also available for use. We do come through the Recreation area to the laundry room. The laundry room is located on the opposite side of the from the Janesville room.

During the summer months guest will have full access to a large in ground pool, very large patio and BBQ. If by request breakfast can be offered.

We do have two very friendly dogs, that will remain in the upper part of the house only. We do do restrict them to your family living area, when guest are checked in.

We are only a block form the green belt bike and hiking trail. This trail system does allow you to travel almost anywhere in janesville by bike, staying off the busy roads. Our neighborhood is a typical Midwestern middle class mostly with modest ranch style homes.
