There is a "tiny house" with a studio apartment at the back of the property, which includes garage parking for 1 car and private driveway parking for a 2nd car. Please inquire about availability if you are interested in reserving the tiny house and garage along with your reservation.

The house is right around the corner from Sun Fresh for 24-hour groceries and the new location of the Nature's Own natural foods market. It is located in the Old Westport neighborhood, just a couple blocks from restaurants, night life, and shopping. You can walk to the Plaza, KUMED, St. Luke's, Kansas City Art Institute, and Nelson Atkins, or take the bus downtown.

숙박 중 게스트와의 교류

We have a property manager who is available 24 hours per day in case of urgent repairs or any other issue at the house.

Once you submit your payment through Airbnb, I will send you a lease agreement, for you to review during the grace period. If everything looks good, then you can go ahead by signing the official lease. If you have any problem with the lease, or decide to back out for any other reason, you can do so without penalty during the grace period.

During the stay, you'll have the whole house to yourself, except for the maid service visit, to clean the bathroom and any other areas that are picked up and ready to be cleaned, as time permits. We offer 2 maid service visits per month, which is about every 15 days. Rent includes all bills paid and maid service, landscaping / yard maintenance, and snow removal at driveway and sidewalks.

Note that you would typically have the backyard to yourself (other than when the landscaping company is there to mow the lawn and etc), but if we have another guest in the garage studio apartment, you would be sharing the backyard with the guest (s) of the studio.
