Quiet relaxed atmosphere in large house. Room has it's own private bath and coffee maker. Plenty of common space downstairs to relax. Formal living room with fire place to sit back and read or surf the internet in peace. There is also the great room with fireplace, and kitchen for those who prefer more interaction with host. Access to kitchen available. Plenty of storage space for belongings in room. Nice backyard with Outdoor bbq island, fridge, spa, pool, and covered area to lounge. Space is also available for events. Small 7lbs dog on premises in shared locations. ie backyard, living room. The dog will bark when the doorbell rings. He is excited to see everyone. Please no space heaters or personal household cleaning supplies including bleach. I will supply anything you require if you want to clean even though I clean regularly.
