Lunch on the terrace overlooking the Messinian Bay, swim in the blue sea or adventure in the mountain around the house.

Home is maisonette type with outstanding views across the sea and Mt Taygetus from every level:
The 1st floor consists of a living-space with fireplace and dining area, W/C, two balconies and access to the garden.
The upper floor dwells two bedrooms for double beds occupancy and private balconies and bathroom with hydromassage function in the shower.
The ground floor is comfortably furnished with sofa-bed and work station, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double-bed bedroom and spacious kitchen fully equipped with cooker, fridge and plenty of cooking utensils for creative cooks.
There is an outdoor dining terrace and garden.
Take a few short steps and you will find yourself in vivid green scenery and narrow cobbled streets to the old village of Verga.
Guests have full access to the house including outdoor gym and indoor parking that accommodates 3 cars.
