Approached down a quiet lane, as you turn into Wellbrook Place you get an immediate sense of privacy and tranquility.
Entering our home you will find a well appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for everyone in the group, whether you choose to do it yourself or bring in a professional chef! Our cosy sitting room is the place to go and relax by the fire. Upstairs you will find our large games room with views over the garden, ping pong table, TV and music system.
In total, Wellbrook Place has eight lovely bedrooms, enough room for everyone. We have 5 bathrooms; 4 of these are ensuite. We also have a downstairs loo.
In our wonderful gardens you will find a hot tub, tennis court and lake. The lake is a fantastic spot to sit and enjoy a picnic and the gardens are great to explore.
All set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the area has so much to offer from great countryside to wonderful pubs and restaurants.
