This is not a party house or a place to bring your friends to drink and have a "good time". This is, however, the perfect place to bring your family and enjoy all that the Delta has to offer. Located in the lovely Pebble Bay community of Discovery Bay, this home boasts the enjoyment of a tranquil bay that is just minutes from fast water and the fun of water skiing, fishing, and boating throughout the Delta. Bring your boat, fishing rods, and water toys and enjoy all this region has to offer!

We recently purchased this home, so we're fixing it up and have a few little projects going, but we love being there and want to give others the opportunity of experiencing "The Bay" as well. The home is situated literally minutes from fast water, boasts a new deck, with granite bar area, plenty of seating, and and views of gorgeous sunrises.

All guests are welcome to the the entire house, with the exception of the garage - it is currently for the owners only (until we get through some projects).
This is not a party house, however, we do want you to have full access, relax, and have a great time!
기타 주의사항
Please know that we have **very strict** rules when people are on the property. We also have surveillance cameras outside to ensure that all rules are followed. Though we have better things to do than to look at our cameras, if we get an alert, especially during quiet hours (though not limited to that time), we will access the cameras or recorded footage).
Violation of rules will result in the immediate termination of the reservation and possible forfeit your security deposit.
We will ask every guest that desires to book to confirm that they have fully read the entire set of House Rules and to validate that they and their guests will abide by them.

You'll love Discovery Bay - especially Pebble Bay. The neighborhood is great because of the people. You're just minutes from fast water fun - and can even get to nearby restaurants by boat (or car of course).
