Aloha & Welcome to the Honu Hale! This beautiful private studio apartment is the perfect place for your relaxing stay on the Big Island. Centrally located in a quiet residential setting, we are only 2 miles from downtown Kailua Kona, a short 5 minute walking distance from the shore/beach, and just over a mile from Magic Sands, the best white sand beach in Kona! The Honu Hale will offer you a comfortable, enjoyable, and truly memorable stay!

If you're looking for beautiful and comfortable accommodations conveniently close to town, beaches, and activities, you have found the right place!

Centrally located just minutes from downtown Kona and Alii Drive, close to food and shopping, only 25 minutes from the airport, and walking distance from amazing shoreline and beaches, this beautiful unit offers a great value to all our wonderful visitors!

Enjoy this fully furnished studio apartment which features a Queen size bed, large full bathroom with shower/tub, comfortable seating area, 42" flat screen TV, a full kitchen providing a fridge/freezer, full size gas range/oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and many more small kitchen appliances and cooking items/accessories to make your stay truly comfortable. This lovely unit also boasts a beautiful outdoor living/lanai space with a bbq and space for outdoor dining all in a private yard space adorned by our lovely large Hayden Mango tree. Feel free to enjoy some fruit during your stay!
There Is NO AC available in this unit, but there is a quality Ceiling fan and we do offer a Dyson Cool fan and/or extra standing fans upon request to provide extra cooling during days and nights. The windows and French doors can also be left open (with the screens shut) to provide a nice cross breeze airflow.

Parking space for one vehicle on property is included.

Enjoy using the beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, and snorkel equipment provided to make your beach trips easy and comfortable. They are cleaned and sanitized for your use!

And enjoy using the Hawai’i Revealed book while you’re here which will show you all the hidden beaches, waterfalls, and provide directions to some of the must see gems of our beautiful island.

On Alii Drive, 1.6 miles south of the rental unit.
Directions:
From the house, head down the street to Royal Poinciana Dr
Turn Right onto Royal Poinciana
Turn left at the stop sign onto Alii Dr
Go approx 1.2 miles, magic sands beach will be on your right, parking lot for the beach is on the left just before the beach.

Monthly bookings will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee payable to host via Venmo that will be used for a cleaning during your extended stay.
Cleaning is required on a minimum of every two weeks during an extended monthly stay.
Keeping this unit clean and comfortable for you during your stay is important to us. And as we are located on a tropical island, regular cleaning is very important to keep the space free of pests and/or infestations. Mahalo for your understanding and compliance!
