A washing machine & dryer is inside the home to meet your laundry needs. The home has central air conditioning and heating controlled by a smart thermostat. You will also have full access to the 2-car garage to protect your vehicle from the elements.
Watch TV on the 40" 4K HD smart TVs with built-in Google Chromecast in the guest bedrooms. Watch a 55" smart TV in the living room. For additional entertainment, there is a PlayStation 3 gaming console in the living room. It can be used to watch movies via Blu-ray and DVDs and features popular streaming entertainment apps such as iHeartradio, Netflix, Hulu, Sling TV, etc. Audio in the living room is provided by a 6.1 surround sound system.
