The Central Condo is the premier located accommodation in the heart of it all. Directly facing Goodale Park on its SW corner, its best in class location is a few minutes (250 feet to 1/2 a mile) walking distance to all of your Convention Center, Nationwide Arena District, Short North and Downtown recreational and business endeavors. Location is everything and this space allows you to experience it with all the high end finishes of a modern downtown, second floor condo.

Joes place was an absolutely perfect place to stay for our time in Columbus. Very affordable, comfortable, and close to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Plus it is stocked with free coffee which is always a plus.
