Your clean, minimal, cozy guest bedroom has a double bed, balcony access, outdoor seating, built in wardrobes, full-length mirror, fresh towels and a private bathroom/shower to yourself! Located in the heart of Surry Hills, ideal for working-from-home or a chilled staycation!

My apartment is clean, modern, comfortable and I am happy to share my home with you! Amenities include: wifi broadband, a large living room with 4k TV, Netflix and a very comfy sofa! Feel free to use the kitchen as much or as little as you need. There is also a large balcony with outdoor seating and there is always real coffee available for guests.

You have your own double room with direct balcony access and you have a private bathroom/shower (please note that this is a separate room, not an en-suite). The main living area and kitchen are shared with your host.

This is my home so please understand that I (your host) will be at home during your stay.
Please note that there is air conditioning in the living space/kitchen but the bedroom is fan-cooled.
You have your own separate bathroom but I may on occasion need access to this space for cleaning/laundry/storage purposes. I try as much as possible to avoid this during your stay. Please ask if you need more details.
Pool access: 8am - 8pm. Closed temporarily due to current restrictions.
Due to the nature of my work schedule, the room is not suitable for anyone visiting Sydney for late nights and all-night partying :)
Please read and understand the house rules.
Please note the strict check-in and check-out times: check-in is between 7pm and 10pm, check out is 10am. I have to maintain this policy to suit my schedule, if this does not fit with your itinerary please contact me before you make your reservation to discuss suitability, there may be some flexibility on certain days.

A note on noise; there is currently a small construction site on the street which causes some noise in the morning and afternoon. In my opinion, it’s not particularly invasive (some days they don’t make any noise at all) but it makes my place more suitable for those who prefer to wake early. Please ask if you need more details.

Bustling and lively Surry Hills is a fantastic location full of great restaurants, cafes, parks, pools, theatre, cinema and bars. You can walk out of our front door and be somewhere amazing within minutes. We love it here! Start on Crown St to begin exploring!

Love to travel! I’ve just spent 2months in Thailand followed by 1 month in Myanmar. Moved to Sydney from the UK in 2019. My favourite places so far have been New York, Prague, Budapest, Koh Lipe, Pai and Ngapali beach!
