Welcome to Newburgh. Our 2nd floor apartment on Benkard has just been fully renovated. It can be rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom with plenty of amenities and just 2 blocks from the main drag of Liberty St. We love to use this space as a retreat from Brooklyn regularly. Newburgh is known for its racially diverse population and you can appreciate this on our block, with long time residents and newly settled artists.
기타 주의사항
Our block is filled with families and on weekend evenings people like to hang out on the front stoops while the children play on the street and they listen to music. The noise has to our experience never crossed an unreasonable time but since we have a young baby, we keep a sound machine in the bedroom.
