The house has an AMAZING center staircase, huge foyer with double entry, 4 original built-in china cabinets, updated kitchen and baths, 2 fireplaces with gas logs, new hardwood floors, several beautiful sunporches, and a private backyard with huge deck. Located in the historic Westheight neighborhood in Kansas City, KS, this beautiful home is the PERFECT location for those that may want to be close to downtown Kansas City, MO, the Legends in Kansas City, KS, or Lawrence, KS! This is truly an amazing home in a wonderful neighborhood that can easily sleep 8-12 people.
The beds in the home are as follows:
1 queen in master
1 small sleeping couch suitable for a child in sunporch off master
1 full bed in guest room
1 day bed (oversized twin) in sunporch off guest room
1 queen floor mattress (can be used in den)
1 cot that can (can be used in sunporch off master)
2 sleeping couches in living room
The home is 4100 square feet, so plenty of space! Guests are welcome to bring in air mattresses if needed.
