The apartment consists of a spacious living room accompanied by the kitchen and the dining area, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Wide windows make the apartment luminous and cozy. A balcony with access from the living room and the bedroom offers a unique view at the famous St. Spyridon street.

Right opposite of St. Spyridon church and just 1 minute walking from Liston square, the biggest square of Balkans that attracts millions of visitors every year. There you will find many cafes to have a coffee or a drink and also restaurants for your meal and your dinner, enjoying the view of the imposing Old Fortress. The property is also close (2' on foot) to the Palace of St. Michael and St. George, where the museum of Asian Art is also located.
