I live in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood about 2 miles west of I 25. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a super Walmart is within a 2-3 minute walk. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 30 miles to the west. The Ranch, otherwise known as the Budweiser Event Center, is about 5 miles away. Denver, Boulder, and Cheyenne are all within an hour’s drive. Loveland is known as an artistic community and sculptures abound.

The bedroom is small but tastefully decorated with artwork, a comfortable double bed, dresser, closet, desk, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom includes a tub/shower.
