This cozy and spacious apartment is in a historical home near Founders Grove. There is a tailor shop located on the first floor and just one other apartment on the second floor.

There is a tailor shop on the first floor of the building, but when she is closed the building is secured. Parking is available in the lot next to the apartment and Schooner’s bar and restaurant is located right next door! This apartment is a few blocks from the Constitution trail, and within walking distance to the Castle theater and Downtown Bloomington.

Parking- The apartment is located next to Schooner’s restaurant and the parking lot for the restaurant separates the apartment from the restaurant. Please park anywhere in the restaurant parking lot. The owner is aware and will not tow your car.
When you enter the house, you will be in the foyer. Go up the staircase to the right and the white door at the top of the stairs is you’re apartment to enjoy during your stay.

During business hours at the tailor shop the front door is left unlocked. After hours the front door needs to stay locked.
