Located across the road from the beautiful Eggemoggin Reach and nearby WoodenBoat School, Brooklin Boat Yard, and Acadia National Park is an hour away. This cozy post and beam timber frame cottage with its 23' ceiling and loft sleeping area is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy all that Maine has to offer. The cottage is 2.5 miles from the village center.

Richard's Reach is very well insulated with SIPS panels in the walls and roof plus the propane heater makes for a cozy winter visit. The loft sleeping area has a tempurpedic mattress, a ceiling fan, lots of closets, a half bath and a view of the ocean in the distance. The kitchen has granite counter tops, a propane stove and oven, a two door refrigerator, farm sink, and is fully equipped. The washer and dryer is in a closet. There is WIFI, a 32" flat screen TV, and ROKU. The whole house is service by an emergency generator.
