Guests will have access to complimentary Wifi, coffee, snacks, filtered water, clean luxurious hotel bedding and towels, toiletry essentials (shampoo, conditioner, and soap), laundry washer / dryer (detergent and softener included), iron and ironing board.

Pets: We are a pet friendly property. If you will be bringing a pet you need to communicate before check-in that you will have pet(s) with you. There is a $25 pet fee (flat fee not per pet or per day). If you bring a dog, there are pooper scoopers in the backyard set against the house around the left corner of the house. PLEASE clean up after your dogs. If you don't, our cleaner will add a $15 cleaning fee which WILL be charged to you.
If signs of a pet are found by the cleaner without previous communication of pet presence the fee will be $40. Please respect our home by not allowing pets on furniture and keeping them in a kennel if you leave them unattended at the home.
Early Check-in is available, but it needs to be communicated up front so I can confirm the cleaner will have it ready in time. Also, it is not guaranteed that we can provide early check-in for each stay - sometimes the cleaner will need up until the standard 3PM check-in time to get the home ready. Typically you will only be able to check-in up to 1 hour early, and it MUST be communicated with me.
Late check-out is available, but needs to be communicated up front (not day of), and may not always be available depending on if we have guests checking in later that day.
