My home is in the Englewood District of Salem. Englewood is an older neighborhood,built in the 20's to 50's. Located just 2 miles from the I-5 Market st off ramp. 2 miles to the State Capitol Building, Willamette University, Salem Hospital, State Office Buildings, Downtown Shopping, Great Restaurants, Wine Bars, Breweries, Theaters, Amazing River Front Park with the Carousel. River Front Park connects to Minto Brown Park and Wallace Marine Park thru walk or bike bridges. Bush Park is close by and is home of the "Bush Park Art Fair" held in July! Salem Fairgrounds are practially in my backyard! super close to all the concerts and events, yet far enough as not to hear or be crowded by the traffic.
