Garage for 2 cars (with 180 cm max hight of the cars)
1st Floor:
Air-conditioned.
- Big living room, balcony with panorama on Budapest,
big (140 cm) SMART TV with wifi.
- Pull-out sofa (160*190 cm size) for 2 persons. - to sleep
- Bathroom with toilet and shower (suitable for 2 persons).
- Kitchen with garden-terraces connection,
-3 terraces 70 m2 + large green garden
2nd Floor:
Air-conditioned.
- Bedroom with large bed, 2 persons (180*200 cm) and movable mirror walls (you can unite the bathroom with the bedroom, total more than 40 m2)
- Corner bath for 2 person (panoramic*)
- WC (panoramic*)
- Infra sauna in the bedroom (panoramic*) ....* maybe unice in the world (?) - as our hospitality and enthusiasm
Balcony with full panorama on Budapest (Parliament, Basilica, Danube-bridge, etc.)
- One small room with a single bed, 1 persen (90*200 cm) with mountain view

Only yours is the complete house, 3 levels, terraces, balconies, and the garden is all yours. The garage is also just for you, for two cars.

Supermarket, restaurant 1 km, there are two bicycles.
I recommend to guests arriving by car.
Or two taxis per day.
Currently there is little construction on the neighboring plot for a family, therefore you may experience some limited noise during the day – won't bother you too much.
