A tiny guest house (400 sq ft) overlooking the Benjamin River estuary. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private porch. AC now available. Cozy living area with a smart tv (no cable, but internet to access your Hulu, or Amazon Prime account). DVD's available. Kitchenette comes with Keurig, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. Small loft available with cot, and pull out twin futon (accessible only by ladder).

A short walk from the parking area to the tiny house. (Around 500 yards). Must be able to walk up stairs to access the building. Loft space can only be accessed by ladder. There is a lighted Pathway available.
