This is a light bright family room with a new queen bed. Own full private bathroom. There's a private exterior entrance and easy access to the kitchen and laundry area.

Many of our guest have commented that this space has served them perfectly for their needs. Come see a Chiefs game or watch your favorite team play the Royals :)
This space is a walkout basement, it has a full bathroom.
We do have cats and a dog. We keep the animals out of the space, but they are in the main part of the house.

You are welcome to the kitchen, a fridge and freezer both in the kitchen and basement.
Guest have access to Hulu and Netflix on tv.
기타 주의사항
There is a barn door that opens for you to have access to the house. We also put a regular door with the lock on the back side of the barn door. It’s not to keep you out of the house, but to keep our curious kitties from visiting you in the middle of the night. Please feel free to come on up!
We do live here full time, but are in and out through out the day.
We have a 2 year old and a baby born in May they are usually is early. There cute but loud at some times.
This room is under a bedroom. You can hear stepping and some movement. Just to be aware of.
Other note: we have lots of babies items that you can use. Pack n play, bed rail, bounce chairs, child’s cot. Please feel free to ask and we will put them in your room.

Across Nall is Meadow Brook park. It’s a beautiful walk, playground and the two restaurants are amazing as well.
