This private apartment has its own entrance and is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet home. Ideally situated between both hospitals, minutes to downtown, University & close to major tourist attractions. This exceptionally clean non smoking apt. comes completely furnished and is fully equipped with everything you need from toiletries, towels & linens, cookware, dishes, Keurig coffee maker & much more. You even have your own little deck. All that is missing is yourself and groceries

This apartment has a Triple sheeted queen size bed and if needed we also have a commercialized comfortable roll away cot for a total of 3 guests. (Must be booked in advance so we can rearrange some of the furniture in the living room to accomodate the cot)
Although we love animals
Please note this is a pet free apartment
If you require a larger apartment I also have a 3 bedroom apartment for rent.
