blocks in downtown Los Angeles. The roof top pool and jacuzzi have the
most incredible views of Los Angeles.

This modern apartment offers all the amenities and comforts to make your stay in Los Angeles as easy and stress-free as possible:
- Queen sized bed with space for luggage underneath
- Modern 7 ft x 7 ft sectional sofa / Sleeps 2 + extra pillows and bedding
- Free Wifi
- 60” Sony 4K LED TV with Netflix/YouTube/Streaming & HD channels
- Outdoor Balcony
- Modern Kitchen + Stainless Steel Appliances
- Dining Table, Plates, Wine Glasses, Bowls, Cups, Silverware & Cloth Napkins. WINE OPENER!
- Pool Towels & Non-Breakable Pool Cups for the roof top pool and jacuzzi
- Planet Fitness is half a block away - $10 per month for fitness lovers if our gym is not enough. Our gym is located on the mezzanine level (button M in the elevator).
- Parking - There is a parking lot 1 min. from the front door of the bldg that charges US$20 per 24 hours. Additional parking structure 1 block away $13 per 24 hours.
