Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 3 Bed/3 Bath (SLEEPS 8) condo offers DIRECT PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS and fantastic oceanfront views from a PRIVATE COVERED BALCONY. Amenities include: 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators and 4 public outdoor showers.

Directly facing the OCEAN, guests will enjoy the unobstructed PANORAMIC VIEWS OF THE BEACH from the 27-foot private covered balcony. Featuring an OPEN FLOOR PLAN that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room areas, this villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The dining table has 8 comfortable seats with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. The oceanfront MAIN BEDROOM features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a tub and separate shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds attached to a full bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway. This oceanfront getaway is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean breeze!!

Downtown Folly Beach offers local shops, markets, live entertainment, bars, and restaurants. Explore a variety of water activities, such as fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach combing, dolphin watching and more. Explore the east end of the island where you will find the famous Morris Lighthouse!

The location is perfect, as it is only a short walk to Center Street and is right on the Beach! We are located just a 20 minute car ride from historic downtown Charleston which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites and more. Additionally, there is a public boat ramp with parking only 0.5 miles away.

The area is certain to have something for everyone…a beautiful beach, two community pools, fishing, boating, historical sites, gardens, shopping, golf, kayaking, paddle boarding; the choices are limitless. We know that this is the perfect condo for your family vacation!

Notes

During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: complimentary Wi-Fi, AC/Heat, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, all linens & towels (except beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it, and an outdoor shower.
This home is accessed by a KEYLESS DOOR CODE for ease of entry. A door code will be provided 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
FREE PARKING is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles.
The COMMUNITY POOL is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather) and the fishing dock is open year round.
GRILLS are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
An ELEVATOR IS AVAILABLE in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
No pets allowed.
This is a non-smoking property.

Pool Hours: 10 am to 10 pm
50% Deposit required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.

WEEKLY SUMMER RENTALS run SAT-SAT (June, July, August). The rest of the year is a minimum of 2 - 4 nights, depending on the season and are subject to change daily.

This means we follow guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. Due to Folly Beach's strict noise ordinance, we have been forced to place noise sensors in our properties. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These do not listen or record, they only detect noise levels. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in a $500 fine as well as result in major penalties for the homeowner.

The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am. Each property is listed with the maximum occupancy for the home (number the house sleeps). House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJ's, mobile units, campers, and RVs are prohibited (you can park a camper or RV if that is your transportation, but you cannot stay in them). Please remember to be kind and courteous to your neighbors. Use of premises shall not disturb or offend surrounding residents. If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately, without refund. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
