Many many restaurants, coffee shops, micro breweries and drinking holes all within walking distance. So park your car and forget about it for a bit! Casco Bay is a 4 minute walk down the street. The view is breathtaking even in the dead of winter. When it's warm, rent a kayak or rent a bike and explore the city. The ferry terminal is .9 miles from the house. Go for an island cruise enjoying the wonderful views of the bay, and if you like, hop off and visit one of the island restaurants.

Happy to be back home after living on the west coast for 12 years. Currently residing on the beautiful East End in Portland, it is such a pleasure to have discovered that over the last decade or so this neighborhood has grown into a wonderfully diverse, safe, and welcoming community. I love being able to walk to brunch and to the market! I desperately missed those outings, living in the car-centered culture of Los Angeles.
