Our Green Residence apartment building will be completed in March 2018 and will be a land mark through its green design and friendly living units (six in total). The building will have a beautiful vertical garden covering the complete front while on the top floor there's a swimming pool with tropical garden. Only high grade materials have been used to make the building and interiors, all windows and sliding doors are made from UPVC with double glass for better isolation and noise reduction. All apartments are completely furnished with a contemporary design and come with modern cooking equipment.
