Comfy patio with bonfire pit and wood is also included. Inflatable boat w 2 oars available for use on lake. Cleaning lady comes with long term stays.

Inflatable boat w 2 oars available for use and a sprinkler for the kids.

Two very nice quiet neighbors in the summer. Not a busy neighborhood. Lots of bicyclists go by during the day and everyone who drives by seems to wave if youre on the patio.
