This is a large comfortable, fully furnished 3 bedroom / 2 bath home with 3 queen beds. There is 1 extra full mattress available if needed. The spacious 20x20 living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table. The kitchen comes with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and dish washer. The den has a breakfast table and small office desk. There is a fenced backyard with patio and picnic table. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Jim’s place is on a Main Street in Memphis, however, it’s still pretty quiet.
Most things to do are about 15 min away which makes his location central. I wasn’t able to meet Jim because we got into town way later than expected, but check in was easy using the lock box.

A few of the grout lines in the master bathroom are blackened with mold stains. The baths are cleaned thoroughly after every visit, but those stains won't come out. By rodent she must mean roach. In five years we've never seen or had reports of mice or rats in this house. …
