Fall for this quaint three bedroom house in the heart of historic downtown Saint Charles. The home is walking distance to the Main street shops and restaurants. With the Casino right around the corner and the river park a few steps away, it’s hard to get bored. The home has just been completely remodeled with modern appliances, while we were able to still keep that old town vibe.

This spacious home has everything. Our space has just gone through an extensive renovation that included granite counter tops, sliding barn doors, and a vessel sink. All of these touches provide the luxuries of home while allowing you to embrace this historic neighborhood. The front yard is fully fenced in as well if you decide to bring your furry friend.
