Beautiful home with gorgeous unobstructed backyard mountain views! Located within walking distance to the University Mall, and very close driving distance to both Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University. The home is fully set up with just about any cooking needs you may have and is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well suited for families with small children and infants.

Because the home has gorgeous views and a large open back yard it tends to attract the "party" crowd, but we have a strict NO PARTIES rule here so please don't book if you are hoping to have more than 15 people on the premises at any time! However, if you are looking for a space to host a small gathering (15-30 people) you can send me an inquiry with your request and we may be able to accommodate with an additional fee and security deposit depending on the event and size.
