Newly built (2017), bright and carefully furnished mansard apartment. With a spacious private rooftop terrace and great view of the city. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an Art Nouveau building. No elevator. It is ideal for 1 person or a pair, also for longer stays. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for children under ten. There are grocery stores, bakeries, a post office, restaurants and an ATM close to the apartment.

숙소
The apartment is located at the foot of the Zürichberg, near the University and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). It’s a 7 minutes drive by tram to the main train station, to the lake and to the old town. From/to the airport it takes you about 25 minutes by a direct tram (Line Nr. 10). The nearest tram stop is only 5 minutes away by foot. The apartment has a kitchenette (coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge and two induction hobs), but not a fully equipped kitchen.

The bed is 140 cm wide and has a high-end mattress. If this is too narrow, we can provide a separate mattress on the floor, which we charge CHF 10/day. Please indicate before arrival whether this mattress is desired. In any case, we do not want the chaise-longue to be used as a sofa bed, this is part of the house rule.

The attic apartment is exclusively at the guests' disposal. The apartment has a strong WLAN network. Guests staying longer than 7 days have access to the washing machine and tumble dryer, the use of which must be agreed with us since there is a laundry schedule with our neighbours. On request, the apartment can be cleaned after 7 days and fresh bed linen can be provided. This service is included in the price.

Please note the following rules before making your booking request:

(1) We only consider requests with a complete Airbnb profile. This includes a meaningful photo, first and last name and place of residence. As this is a private apartment, please provide the following information when making your booking request:
- name of the second person, if you are not travelling alone
- the purpose of your trip (holiday, work or other)
If you do not book this apartment for yourself, we would like all information from the people you book for.
We would be pleased if you would introduce yourself briefly so that we know who our guests are.

(2) Unfortunately, we have not had good experiences when our guests invite guests themselves, which is why we only allow this in exceptional cases and on request. So if you want to receive guests in Zurich, you better book another apartment, we are sorry.

(3) We attach great importance to a sparkling clean apartment. Therefore: Please no street shoes in the whole apartment. We provide cotton slippers that are washed after each visit.

(4) Unfortunately, the plaster walls are very sensitive. Please be careful that you don't pollute them.

(5) We live in a residential area. Please don't make any noise in the stairwell or in the apartment after 10 pm. This applies in particular to the stay on the roof terrace. Please be quiet and think of our neighbors who want to sleep.

(6) The windows and the roof exit must always be closed before each absence! Even at night, only the one in the bedroom and the one in the bathroom may remain slightly open. The weather can change very quickly and rainwater can damage the parquet. The Velux windows have a ventilation system that brings fresh air into the rooms when closed.

(7) The white stairs up to the roof are steep and demanding for the ascent. Please pay attention! The inspection is at your own risk. We expressly decline any liability. The same applies to the sloping roofs in the area of the lower staircase, where you can quickly hit your head if you are not walking along the railing.
