Two bedroom, two bathroom main floor condo. The unit has its own private patio. There is two steps to get into the condo, one step up to the side walk and a second step to get onto the entryway. Could be managed with assistance in wheel chair. The unit has no other steps. The parking spot is directly in front of the door, with additional guest parking spots as well as the option of the adjacent street

I relocated to Sylvan lake 13 years ago and have been proud to call sylvan my home since then. My husband and I have been busy raising our 4 kids here since then. When I'm not busy at the hockey rink or BMX track with the family I dabble in fine arts of all kinds. Haven't met a medium that I don't like! I love to host and so Air bnb is allowing me to go outside of my own home to make people feel relaxed and at home!
