This spacious 1 bedroom-entire lower level getaway suite is nestled in the heart of Olde Riverside--Windsor ON Canada and just steps away from the river. This quiet and safe neighbourhood has small town charm. This space is unique, clean and well maintained and is sure to exceed your expectations! Conveniently centered near everything-Riverfront parks, shops, restaurants, Casino & International Border. Ideal for couples, solo & business travellers. Come unwind & relax in this retreat.

This recently renovated lower level suite has new wood like floors, freshly painted and rustic meets chic decor. Come relax, unwind and put your mind at ease in this 900 sq. ft lower level suite with safety features including, private key pad entry and private parking on premises. You have access to a complimentary Keurig --Coffee/Tea Station, bar fridge --water, microwave, breakfast bars. Iron with ironing board, unlimited Wifi internet, TV -Cable & Netflix. Fresh linens, towels, hair dryer and all your bathroom essentials (tooth paste, body wash, shampoo and conditioner) are provided.

The entire lower level suite is yours to enjoy! Once the weather gets warmer you can enjoy your morning coffee in the backyard. Firepit and seating area under a gazebo.
기타 주의사항
There are 2 space heaters provided during the winter months as the suite can get chilly. Please use the space heater accordingly and turn off when you are not in the suite. Be sure not to over load the breaker by plugging in too many products at the same time. I have left signage throughout the rooms indicating the various plugs. I understand accidents happen and the fuse may trip, in which case, please send me a message thru the Airbnb message platform and I will come down to reset the fuse box.
