Deep cleaning being done between guests. Feel confident in these tough times you’ll have a safe and comfortable place to rest. My place is a newer townhouse finished in Oct 2016. I may be about $10 more than a "bed for the night" place but my place is very comfortable and highly reviewed. You’ll have a nice bedroom with private bathroom in the room. I welcome guests to use the kitchen and living room. My place is close to public transport and is a short 10 minute drive to downtown FoCo/CSU.

The room is spacious and has a full, private bathroom located inside it as well as large walk-in closet. There is a nice sized desk and chair for those who’d like to get some work done during their stay. The room is located on the second floor of the place. Between each guest, all bedding and towels are fully cleaned in dye free detergent and the room is wiped down with alcohol free sanitizing wipes for cleanliness.

I am in a newer development about 8 minutes from the highway and 12 minutes from downtown Fort Collins. There is a grocery store, coffee shop, ATM and restaurants a short 8 minute walk from my place.
