Close to the airport (10-20mins by car/taxi), City/Northbridge (10mins by car), Burswood casino/resort (5mins by car), Belmont Forum (huge shopping complex with cinema, supermarkets, banks, and 50 specialty shops), 10mins drive to the Victoria Park restaurant strip.
It's walking distance to the Swan River, and Tomato Lake for those who enjoy the outdoors. An indoor skydiving place is opening up around the corner, and you're 20mins by car to the Swan Valley, 20mins by car to the beaches. Best of both worlds.
