This listing is for the first floor bedroom and bathroom in our 2-story home just north of downtown Indianapolis. Our place is 3 miles north of downtown and 5 miles south of Broad Ripple, which is a cultural/arts district. We're 2 blocks from the downtown bus line, and close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, trails, and parks. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Room has a TV with Netflix and Hulu. No smoking in the house, please!

Another great stay in Indy with Dillon and Kyle. Comfortable accommodations. Very clean house. Dillon responds immediately to any questions. I wish I had more business trips to Indy... would stay here every time.

I really enjoyed the place and its quiet neighborhood location. I was able to ride the bus to/from downtown everyday.

Great location! Dillon and Kyle are gracious hosts who made me feel welcome. The cats are AWESOME to come home to; Collins greeted me everyday. Fergie is more reserved, but friendly and sweet. I enjoyed my stay-it felt like home.
