Beach Haven is just a few steps from one of the world's best beaches, and historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in the U.S. The house is new- all brand new furnishings, gourmet kitchen, great beds, very private heated pool and spa, lots of room to spread out and relax. Beach Haven is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.

This house is beautifully furnished and equipped. The kitchen is for a gourmet cook. There is an outdoor kitchen on the back deck. The bedding is all top quality-better than any hotel you have stayed at. Our first guest confirms that the pictures do not do justice.
This house is almost 3,000 square feet- lots of room for your family to spread out. There is internet and a flatscreen in every room. The living room has premium cable in the unlikely event you have time to watch television

This house will be yours alone to enjoy in complete privacy. The backyard, pool and spa are protected by a 6 foot privacy fence.

There is a $89 fee included, which is labelled "Community fee". This fee is to provide damage protection-You do not need to buy insurance against damage. We do not collect a security deposit
