My place is close to parks, golfing, hiking, bicycling, live entertainment. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, the patio, the spacious design and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples/snowbirds for winter and spring. Summer/fall if you are moving or building. I only rent January from the 1st. My cleaning rate is based on 2 snowbirds( or equivalent). If additional beds or additional cleaning is required the rate is $27.50/hr over 4 hours. We will allow shed free pets. Pet fee.

Our home features high ceilings, fans in all rooms, lots of art and a very well equipped kitchen. The covered patio overlooks hole #10 of the Golf Course in Johnson Ranch is wonderful for entertaining, or just enjoying the sunsets or having morning coffee. There are three very separate bedrooms, a study with a couch, great room/kitchen/dining room and the Access to the community pool is by electron card and guests can walk, bicycle, or drive to the closest of the 3 community pools.

Guests will have full access of our home and 1/2 of the garage. They will also have access to the 3 community pools with spas and tennis courts with the access card. There is also a free 9 hole pitch and putt and 9 hole frizbee golf course available to our guests.

There is live entertainment at the Golf Course club house on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday nights.
