Villa Sud-Est stands in one of the most charming corners of the Valle d'Itria, the ideal holiday location in the pursuit of relaxation and nature.
You will have the opportunity to spend time in a stone villa, characteristic of those commonly used by our ancestors, with the warmth instilled by our exceptional hospitality.

The Villa (120sqm), can accommodate up to a maximum of 7 people plus a baby and consists of 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin bedrooms which can be arranged as 2 more double) , 1 cot, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious dining room with 1 additional bed.
The interior also includes a large and sunny veranda overlooking a spectacle of olive trees, a swimming pool (with shower), a bathroom, a kitchen, a barbecue and a gazebo to enjoy lunches, dinners and parties, as well as moments of peace and tranquillity.
The backdrop is completed by the warm glow of the sunset and the starry sky, under which it is essential to savour some of our fine local wines.
