The Apt' itself is special, set over 3 floors (Kitchen, Lounge, Bedroom & Bathroom) dating 150 years, it has been modernised to make an ideal City Centre base.
A spiral staircase connects 3 floors, the apartment is yours to use as your own when you stay. Wifi, Sonos speakers, TV on every floor.

The apartment is 1 bedroom, BUT can take up to 6, but ideally it would be for 2 - 4 people. The extra sleeping area being a sofa in the lounge & sofa bed in studio area of the kitchen. Please note the spiral staircase connecting lounge & bedroom upstairs is 'open plan'
**Price is based on 2 only and any additional guests are by request and will be with an increase in the price to reflect extra occupancy.**
