It is also close to local amenities like ATM, bureau de change, pharmacy, a cinema, gym, swimming pool and several beautiful beaches yet the property is well tucked away on a quiet Cul de sac for peace and tranquility .

The villa has a back up generator and water reservoir to ensure constant supply of water and electricity throughout your stay.
The fence wall and gate has a 24hr security.
The electric meter has daily credit of 50ghc. In the unlikely event there is over usage of power by guests, then guests may be required to top up the meter.
Please note we have a strict policy regarding the number of guests staying at the villa.
Only the number of guests mentioned at time of booking will be permitted to stay at the villa.
Any other people added after arrival will incur a £20 per person per night (maximum guests 6, inclusive). and this will be charged to the booker.
