Nos encontraremos en el centro de Málaga y nos dirigiremos en la furgoneta hacia el embalse del Conde del Guadalhorce. Por el Camino cruzaremos el valle del río Guadalhorce, un valle singular de Málaga especializado en plantaciones de cítricos, naranjos y limoneros. Ascenderemos la sierra de Alcaparain y cruzaremos varios pueblos blancos. Desde el Pantano, empezaremos la ruta de senderismo de unos 8 kms cruzando un túnel excavado bajo la roca hasta la entrada del Caminito del Rey. Descubriremos la geología del Parque Natural, la flora y fauna del parque, su singular paisaje y historia y tradiciones locales. Pararemos en las zonas más expectaculares para admirar los desfiladeros y tomar fotos. Al final de la excursión tomaremos el autobús lanzadera del Parque Natural que nos llevará al punto inicial de la ruta. La ruta a pie es de 3 horas. No hay peligro ni grandes subidas, es un sendero muy fácil. SI VIENE EN TEMPORADA BAJA PUEDO OFRECER UN DESCUENTO. 1) We will meet at the offices of the Aceites Molisur oil mill. 2) Once there, we went to the oil museum to discover how olive oil was made more than 100 years ago. It will be amazing to see the machinery of this centennial mill in operation. 2) We will taste three olive oils, so you will learn to differentiate the nuances and aromas of an Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 3) We will finish the tour visiting the current manufacturing factory, during this tour you will discover how we make our "gold liquid"! You will also visit our exclusive cellar, as it is the only stainless steel cellar that can be visited in Spain. During the tour you will enjoy wonderful views of the entire valley! Secondly, we are going to another bar that is located inside of the city, and where you will enjoy a more active nightlife atmosphere. You can find many different types of alcohol in a range of reasonably prices, so let's get involved! Third place, this is the first club in our tour where you will dance to all types of music and genres. Lastly, will be our last stop of the night where you'll have free VIP entry and something to drink inside (usually a shot). Caminito del Rey Recogida en bus en un punto determinado Conoceremos de primera mano el Caminito del Rey, que consta de 7,7 kilómetros entre pasarelas y senderos cruzando al final del recorrido por un puente colgante con 105 metros de altura situado sobre el Desfiladero de los Gaitanes. Wir treffen uns an der Plaza de la Constitución, einem der schönsten Plätze in Málaga. Von dort tauchen wir aber sofort in die kleinen, verwinkelten Gässchen der Altstadt ein, die Málaga ihren besonderen Charm verleihen und bewegen uns hauptsächlich abseits der großen Touristenströme. Wir besuchen dann nacheinander die interessantesten 7 Second Hand/Vintage Läden Málagas, in denen es jede Menge tolle und ausgefallener Sachen gibt, teils europäischer, teils amerikanischer Herkunft. Der reine Laufweg beträgt etwa 1,5 km. Je nach Gruppengröße dauert das 2 - 3 Stunden. Bei kleinen Gruppen bleibt auch noch Zeit, andere interessante und auf dem Weg liegende Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen.

A wholesome yoga class on the beach. We start with aromatherapy, indulging in natural smells of essential oils, preparing the body & mind for the practice. Including initial breathing exercise (pranayama) followed with asanas, combining hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga elements, ending with a guided mediation and a sound bath. 
 The class is focused on improving health in a holistic way and turn the focus inwards to find deep state of relaxation and nourish the body mind and soul inside out.

After the class we can enjoy beautiful sunset on the beach and swim in the sea. (optional) Don't forget to bring a yoga mat or a towel. I have some extra yoga mats and some towels in case you forget your own :) Just request them from me at least 2h before class.
