Lovely flat located near to Newcastle City Centre

Poplar is an upstairs flat perfectly located in Gosforth, a lovely suburb in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Newcastle City centre is just 10 minutes away and the coast with excellent beaches, 20 minutes .The flat is newly refurbished and is ideal for visitors and professionals. Only a 3 minute walk to Gosforth High Street with a great choice of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants and Regent Centre Metro Station, a 4 minute walk from Poplar. The Metro offers excellent transport links all over Tyne and Wear.

A lovely well equipped apartment located in a very quiet cul de sac close to Newcastle city centre, beds consist of a double, a single and a Z bed (with duvet and pillow) located under the double allowing up to 4 to stay (2 sharing of course!). It is a short walk to the local metro station (200 metres) and you have access all around the area by train (the coast, airport, newcastle city centre, gateshead stadium, metro arena), a good selection of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants locally.

Excellent base for exploring the stunning Northumbrian coast, castles or nearby towns of Alnwick, Amble, Alnmouth or Morpeth.

Large spacious flat that consists of two double bedrooms with very comfortable beds, one en-suite with shower & one with a separate bathroom which has a bath and shower. Our Tiny House is just that. A bespoke made tiny home for two that has been custom built to fit the space with seating and small amount of storage. A tiny bathroom includes a modern composting toilet and small shower with hot water. Basic cooking facilities are provided from a mini oven or why not use the fire pit and bbq outside instead. The sleeping area is accessed via a ladder and is in the apex of the roof and has a double mattress and soft bedding with a window to enjoy the sunrise.

Quiet top floor flat close to Metro Station

Quiet top floor flat situated five minutes from Jesmond Metro. Very convenient for events like the Great North Run and just a short walk to the Wylam Brewery. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! On the plus side, there’s a decent coffee machine, and a couple of good cafetières so if you like a morning brew you should find that you’re spoilt for choice! ☕️

Luxury Ouseburn flat with city & river views

A modern, well equipped, sumptuous and comfortable one bedroom apartment in the creative end of town. Maintained to a very high standard. Great location with views onto the river. An easy, 15 to 20 minute scenic walk into the city centre. The apartment has decent wifi and the dining table provides a nice calm working environment. There is a lift in the building.
